Fitness Training - 6:45 and 7:45 (both classes are the same)
The Stomach/Abs will be heavily targeted
during the first part of the class, as will the legs, hips
and bottom. The second part of the class will be a circuit
to hit all areas of the body.
Included in this class will be kicks/punches against
the pads, and also sprints/shuttle running.
All of the exercises combined will leave you with much
improved fitness levels and will leave you with a leaner/fitter
body.
Guide for first-timers: Go to the end of Pack Horse
Lane. Take the second exit on the mini-roundabout and follow
the lane into the car park. Google
Map. Go into the main sports centre and turn left at the
reception desk (no need to register or sign in) and go through
the double doors. The dance studio is on the right hand side.
Changing rooms are available. Pay
the instructor direct at the start of the class. Please arrive
10 minutes early to allow time to prepare for all arrivals.
For both classes it is advisable to wear trainers, tracksuit
bottoms and t-shirt. Water is available in the venue.

Fat Burning Fitness Workout - 7:30
The stomach, legs and bottom will be
heavily worked during 1st part of the class. The
2nd
part of this class will be a Circuit to hit every area of
the body. Included in this class will be fat burning
exercises such as shuttle running and padwork. This class will leave you with vastly improved
fitness levels, and a leaner fitter body.
Guide for first-timers: We are located immediately
next to Somerfield on Ecclesall Road. 2 metres up the hill
from the entrance to Somerfield car park is a drive up to
the hall (directly opposite the bus stop and New Zing Vaa),
walk up the drive and go through the large class doors ahead
of you. The fitness class is held in the main hall straight
in front of you. Google
Map. Water is available in the venue, however may be good
idea to bring bottles of water. Please come already wearing
your training clothing such as trainers, tracksuit bottoms
and t-shirt. Please pay the instructor directly. Please arrive

Circuit & Abs Blast - 6:15

Combat Fitness Workout - 7:15
A great stress buster, you will kick, knee and punch the
pads with a partner. Included in this class will be the fitness
work from various Martial Arts such as Judo and Karate. This
class is non contact, great fun and brilliant for burning
the fat and improving your fitness.
Guide for first-timers: Down the hill from the Grindstone
Pub in Crookes is "Weston View" road on the left. Drive to
the end of the road and park in the Gym Plus car park near
the football pitches (not the residents parking places). The
entrance to the gym is round the back, in front of the football
pitches. Go straight into the dance studio (where the fitness
class is held) on the right when you enter the building. Changing
